1.METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express and PayPal. We do not accept C.O.D orders.
Most orders will be shipped UPS Ground, UPS Next Day, 2nd Day & 3rd day service is available at additional cost.
No returns without prior authorization. All items must be returned with all original packing, .warranty cards and in salable condition. All returns must be within 7 days. Items returned after 7 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Freight charges are non-refundable, no exceptions. Items purchased with free shipping promotion will be refunded less published UPS shipping rates.
All K9, Circuiteer, Electro Groom and Rapid Groom products are not returnable.
All Pet Safety Products, Vario Cage, Vario Gate, All Safe Harness are not returnable.
All dryer and clipper repair parts are not returnable.
All special orders (220v clippers or dryers,all Petlift products,Poly Pet Tubs, ) will be charged at the time the order is placed..and considered non-refundable.
If damage occurs in UPS shipment notify UPS immediately and then contact Petfood .Warehouse, Ltd. Do not dispose of original carton or damaged merchandise, as UPS inspectors .may need to examine package.
The manufacturer warrants electric & battery clippers and blade sets. Please contact .manufacturer regarding repair or replacement under their respective warranties.
6. There will be a $15.00 charge for all address corrections charged back to us by UPS, such as: no apt #, no suite or floor #, .incorrect zip code or street spelling, etc. If incorrect ship to addresses are given in online orders customer will be responsible for all re-routing charges. In the event an order is refused, customer will be responsible for return freight charges
